1959 Lincoln Premier
Two door Coupe long as a barn. Truly a blast from the past. Unrestored, unmolested 36, 000 guaranteed actual miles.
Car came to us from second owner. He was a Ford, Lincoln lover. He once, in younger years, had a very large
collection. All big heavy cars, none of which ever got driven. He also got a big stiffie over unrestored low
milage sleds. This was once his favorite. Untouched, Unrestored just like it left the factory, SURVIVOR! and yes
it needs nothing, maybe driven once and awhile. Faults? yes one of the rear power windows goes up and down slow,
it enjoys a little help with your hand sometimes coming up. no biggie! Windshield has a small rock chip size of
pencil lead, very hard to detect. Radio yes on occasions does work-somtimes only static? Power antenna does buzz
up and down. Horn is very loud, gauges and all do work. Somewhere back in time car has went to Ziebart metal
preserving company. Also car shows a lot fo early undercoating. This over the years has turned a nasty grey
color. Made car look weathered on underside of body. We took car to a detail shop here in town and had the entire
bottom steamed, let dry and they applied a fresh coat of under spray. This was done for cosmetic reasons only. We
did no work to bottom. it needs nothing. There has been no metal work every done on this car and does not need
any metal work done. Bottom side like rest of car is awesome. we did take time to cruise in this beauty and it is
amazing hwo it stand out in today's world. It draws more attention than any of the other oldies .
