Beautiful 1970 Monte Carlo, 383 small block, professionally built, less than 8k miles since last refresh. Built on a 1995 block, with one piece rear main, steel crank, 10.88:1 compression HP pistons, bow-tie rods, raised runner aluminum heads, 2.00/1.55 valves, bow-tie intake, port matched and mirrored (the ports will match regardless of which side the heads are on). Runs mid 12's on pump 91 with no issues, and drives like a dream on the way home. Hood is all steel, with reinforcement under either side, made to look like it came that way from the factory. Bracket near opening keeps hood stable at high speeds. No squeaks or rattles, no wind noises from the windows, car was built to be driven often with no problems. Fluids have all been changed very regularly, including P/S fluid, brake fluid, rear diff, etc.
